Quality and Monitoring at Bradbury House
The Trustees and Management closely monitor services that are provided within the Home to maintain and improve on the highest quality of care for all our residents. Attention to the smallest detail is pivotal to everything that we do.
An important part of our quality programme is the involvement of the residents and their relatives in all aspects of their care and influencing the running of the home. For example; regular meetings are held with the residents and staff where comments on the Home and services provided, suggestions for change and/or improvements and ideas for the future are discussed.
Each year a questionnaire is circulated to residents and their relatives, the response to which assists in ensuring that we continue to provide a quality service. Policies involving the general well-being of the residents are reviewed on a regular basis and are available on request.
Bradbury House is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the trustees follow a formal monitoring programme in accordance with their requirements. The CQC undertake inspection visits in order to ratify the quality service provided. A copy of their inspection report for Bradbury House is available here.
We are also very proud of our achievement in being awarded Investors in People, an award centring on the way we work with our staff and volunteers to make this a good environment to work.
