Monitoring & Quality
The Trustees and Management monitor services, policies and procedures closely in order to maintain the high quality service that Bradbury House offers. Attention to the smallest detail is pivotal to everything that we do.
An important part of our quality programme is the involvement of the residents and their relatives by way of meetings, where comments on the home, the staff and the services we provide can be discussed.
Each year we circulate a questionnaire to residents of our care home and their sponsors, and the responses we receive assist us in ensuring that we continue to provide a quality service. Policies involving the general well-being of our residents are reviewed on a regular basis and are available on request.
We are regularly inspected by CQC and a copy of our most recent inspection report is available here: www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-107087876. In 2019 Bradbury House care home in Beaconsfield was rated as ‘good’.
