Fundraising
The Abbeyfield Beaconsfield Society Limited has exempt approved charity status and is registered under the Co-Operative and Community Benefit Societies Act with registration number MS27099R
We are always thinking of new ways to raise funds to support our home and its residents. Money raised helps with things like:
- funding the provision of free day care places for those who cannot afford them and don’t receive local authority funding
- enabling us to continue to provide a home for those whose funds have become inadequate
- upgrading and renewing our equipment
- buying new equipment to improve the lives’ of our residents and day care visitors
We organise various events throughout the year and also support initiatives by volunteers, including a Summer Fair, Quiz Nights, Plant Sales and a Christmas Fair.
We welcome any ideas and are always keen to have new volunteers supporting the activities of Bradbury House. Please contact us if you’d like to get involved.
