End of Life Care
Bradbury House works with the National Gold Standard Framework to help avoid unnecessary hospital admissions for our residents when approaching their final days. This ensures we provide co-ordinated, joined-up care, meaning the resident’s wishes are known and carers are best prepared to make sure they are fulfilled. This gives peace of mind to families that loved ones’ final days are spent in comfort and with dignity.
